Ultrasonic Cleaning Solution

       In consideration of the user's request at work, ultrasonic cleaner called PIKA MAX Ⅱ,
     which has the improved removal power, has been developed. PIKA MAX Ⅱcan instantly and
     completely remove abrasive, dust and oil from not only complex-shaped products
     but also even the insides of narrow pipes.

    【 Characteristics Of PIKA MAX Ⅱ】  ：

     ・The function of colloid that PIKA MAX Ⅱcontains can remove oil and abrasive from products.
     ・The degreasing power and infiltration power that PIKA MAX Ⅱhas can remove abrasive from
       products much more quickly than others.
     ・It is definitely easy to rinse cleaned products with the solution with water,
       for the PIKA MAX Ⅱis not foamy too much.
     ・The coating PIKA MAX Ⅱmakes can prevent products from being adhered to by oil and
       dust again which are removed once.

    【 Usage 】  ：

     ・PIKA MAX Ⅱis effective in cleaning gold, silver, platinum, copper, pearl and
       stainless steel very well.

    【 Dilution Way 】  ：

     ・Pour the specified amout of concentrated PIKA MAX Ⅱinto hot water (60℃～70℃).
     ・The dilution of this solution is basically from 15 to 20 times.

On the basis of a anodic oxidation method, rainbow colors can be obtained easily on
titanium and products covered with titanium.

     ・According to the voltage of the rectifier, different colors, such as Yellow (10V),
       Blue (30V), Red (70V) ,Green (100V), etc., can come out.
     ・As to brass, copper, silver, gold, nickel silver and platinum, it is essential that they should be
       coated with Titanium in advance.

Oxide Film Remover

       Laser Brightener is the solution which removes tarnish and oxide film caused bylLaser welding
     from Gold and Gold alloys without damaging them. Only by immersing them in this solution,
     tarnish and oxide film can be instantly removed. Also, the surfaces of them will get shined.

    【 Characteristics 】　：

     ・Laser Brightener is ideal for removing tarnish (including welded parts) and oxide film
       from only Gold.
     ・Metals may hardly get harmed or damaged by Laser Brightener.
     ・This solution maintains groundwork luster and polishes it
     ・This solution is capable of removing oxide film from grooves, corners and the insides of
       products which cannot be polished by buff or a router. And, it is useful as laser marking
       post-treatment.
     ・This solution will improve work efficiency in the production process and the quality of products.

           can be brought out more by using it together with a ultrasonic cleaning machine.
     （2）Before using this solution, please confirm and understand the characteristics of jewels which
          are attached to accessories.
          For example, as to the following operation conditions : warm water, ultrasonic cleaning and
          chemicals.
     （3）In case these solutions may spill on clothes or skin, wash them fully.
     （4）Please use this solution in the well-ventilated area.

     ・After neutralizing this solution with neutralization agent（ph=7）, please discharge the neutralized
       solution as diluting it with waterenough.
